I use Feedly on my iPhone to follow my favorite blogs so I never miss a post. Here are a few of my favorites:
Everyday Reading – Janssen has a bit of everything – tasty recipes, book recommendations, and cute snippets of daily life with her two girls.
Kitchen Treaty – Kare is a vegetarian married to a carnivore, just like me. I especially love her “one dish two ways” recipes because this is often how we cook in our kitchen too.
Living Well Spending Less – Ruth’s blog has great tips on minimizing the chaos in your house and life, easy recipes (many are vegetarian), and frugal DIY projects. She also published an informative eBook which was the final push for me to start this blog.
Merrick’s Art – Merrick’s sewing tutorials include creative ideas for re-purposing what is already in your closet and altering store bought clothes to get a perfect custom fit.
Oh My Veggies – A comprehensive collection of vegetarian recipes and meal ideas conveniently indexed by meal / type of food. Check out the “30 minutes or less” category for quick and healthy dishes.
The Forest Feast – Beautiful photographs and illustrations of delicious (mostly vegetarian) food.
The Greenbacks Gal – Organic food can be pricey, but Andrea makes it easy to lower the cost with deals and coupons.
Tilly and the Buttons – Tilly is an advanced seamstress herself, but her Learn to Sew section is perfect for beginners like me.
I am looking forward to October when the US version of her book is published. I couldn’t wait, I ordered the British version online so I could start reading and sewing right away!
Weelicious – Who says fun food is just for kids?
